We want you to love every cup you brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your AeroPress purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and include all included accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your coffee maker and accessories, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
