The Medium Roast Profile, along with the Espresso Machine Profile and Classic Light Roast Profile, fits within the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee.
Ingredients:
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Calcium Citrate
- Potassium Bicarbonate
Just add one stickĀ to distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water (in the proper size: 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 2-liter), shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
